Peggy Lareau of Reed Hill Road commented on housing and housing diversity in the center, noted space constraints and recommended the committee consider incremental changes to broaden housing options.
The comments were recorded in the minutes; there is no formal committee vote tied to either suggestion. BFJ and staff will have the opportunity to address these points during the February review and the April public meeting, where broader community feedback will be collected.
