Councilman Miller noted that the personnel committee will review Public Works staff in the coming weeks and introduced Ross to the council, describing his municipal infrastructure experience. The park sign and speed bump items were presented for future action and additional materials; councilmembers asked for visual designs and took no immediate vote.
