Staff reviewed multiple property enforcement items clustered on the agenda. For the Born Inn Trailer Park property on Wycombe Drive (lot 702), Bruce said staff issued a recent order to correct (April 10) and recommended tabling to allow the owner time to respond; the board agreed to table that item until the next meeting.
On Lot 673 (3 Wickham Drive), staff reported the trailer had been vacant for years and was abandoned. Chair moved to issue a demolition order for Lot 673; the motion was seconded and passed.
For Lot 682 (31 Walken Drive), staff said the order to correct had not been sent to the correct address and not enough time had elapsed, so the board tabled action on that property. Separately, Bruce noted Lot 694 already had an order to demo and that bids would be solicited; no board action was required on Lot 694 at this meeting.
The board recorded the demo motion and scheduled follow-up for tabled properties at the next meeting so staff can complete appropriate notices and inspections.
