After discussion, a board member moved to grant a 30‑day extension to May's meeting to allow the owner to continue progress; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor.
After the vote, Van Bailey asked whether unsafe placards would be removed after cleanup. Bruce said placards on buildings that were fully cleared would be removed, but the brick building with a busted truss would retain an unsafe placard until it was repaired; he offered to meet the owner on site to review.
