Goshen board sets timeline to adopt revised budget June 1 and present to public June 2

Board members discussed combining the adoption and public hearing but noted scheduling conflicts among trustees that make a two‑night sequence more practical. "What I would suggest is that we have another regular board meeting on the first...and then the next night, which is next Tuesday, the second, you would have [the] public hearing," an administrator said.
The board asked for expedited posting of the revised materials and tonight’s recording, and asked staff to return with the revised budget reflecting the trustees’ reallocations and clarifications on items such as legal, capital, and superintendent assumptions.
