The board voted to adopt the resolution on a motion moved by Oliver Taylor and seconded by Frank Crawford; the motion carried as recorded.
Earlier in the meeting, the board announced actions taken in closed session on student discipline. The board reported it rescinded a prior expulsion order for case EH252643A (originally approved March 24, 2026) and approved a stipulated agreement providing for suspended expulsion and administrative transfer under specific terms; both actions were reported as approved with a 6–0 vote. Separately, the board approved a different stipulated expulsion contract (EH2526‑59) by the same 6–0 vote.
