He also said the settlement obligates the developer to provide performance financial security at the full Municipalities Planning Code amount and maintenance security; in discussion the bond amount was described as "about 1.3 and a 1,350,000" during the meeting.
Board members asked whether the engineers would review the revised plans (they confirmed HRG had reviewed the updated sheets), and residents asked clarifying questions about the review process. Supervisors expressed appreciation that the developer addressed stacking and access concerns. The settlement is contingent on the township receiving the easement; once paperwork is provided the township will file a consent order with the court to place the agreement on the record. The board voted to approve the settlement agreement.
