Select board defers energy-management and school capital improvement articles for further review
Summary

Select board members agreed: because of the cost and complexity, they want full documentation—including the vendor’s final report, timing and financing details—before the articles are placed on the warrant. Chair said he had asked staff (Sydney and Tanya) to forward all preliminary emails and that the board owed taxpayers a careful, documented review.
The select board did not block the articles but placed them on hold to allow for an informed decision at the next meeting.
