Morris County board introduces multiple capital ordinances and adopts several bond/capital measures

The Morris County Board of County Commissioners on March 11, 2026 introduced several capital improvement ordinances on first reading and adopted multiple capital and bond ordinances on second and final reading after public hearings that drew no speakers.
