Jeff Kulikowski, CEO of the New Jersey Builders Association, said he supported the bill’s focus on supply and urged creativity in using constrained state land; he noted the state’s limited developable land and regulatory barriers. Other supporters filed in favor and did not testify. The committee approved amendments and released the bill by recorded vote.
