Panel advances A3427 to modernize county college contracts law

The clerk noted supporters and several groups seeking amendments or opposing the measure, including construction and labor organizations. The committee moved to release the bill; on roll call the clerk recorded yes votes from the committee members present and announced that the bill was released.
