Committee releases A1315 to revise transfer agreements and create transfer ombudsperson

The Assembly Higher Education Committee released Assembly Bill A1315, which would modify the collective statewide transfer agreement and reverse-transfer agreement and establish the position of a New Jersey transfer ombudsperson within the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education.
