"So this is, we're requesting for possible action or resolution for authorizing redevelopment agency capital outlay funding in the amount of $1,000,000 for the pavilion, Boulder Creek Pavilion replacement," Poindexter said.
Agency members asked for a project schedule and details about amenities. Poindexter said the agency is aiming for completion in late 2027 to early 2028 and noted the design will include restrooms inside the pavilion, three separable conference rooms with restroom access from each, a warming kitchen and storage. He said the pavilion would be large enough to host golf-course events, NCAA events, weddings and other large gatherings.
