Prisco Monico, committee member, moved to establish the eligibility list consisting of candidates who had completed all portions of the background investigation and to certify the list with one eligible name. Richard DePalma, committee member, seconded the motion. The commission voted unanimously to certify the list.
The action followed a roll call that recorded Mr. Monico and Mrs. Ann Murray present via telephone and Mr. Richard DePalma present in person. After certifying the eligibility list, Mr. Monico moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:01 p.m.; Ann Murray, committee member, seconded and the adjournment passed unanimously. The minutes were signed by Andrea M. Liquori, recording secretary.
