Brunswick assessment board elects officers, approves minutes
Summary
Following the abatement hearing on Feb. 9, 2026 the Town of Brunswick Board of Assessment Review elected Stephen Holt as Chair, Richard McInnes as Vice Chair and Larry Delaney as Secretary (each by 4-0 votes) and approved its Feb. 24, 2025 meeting minutes.
After concluding deliberations on Appeal #2025-001, the Town of Brunswick Board of Assessment Review moved to Elections and Appointments at about 3:30 P.M. Board member Larry Delaney moved and Board member Richard McInnes seconded a motion to nominate Stephen Holt as Chair; the motion carried 4-0. Board member Richard Baribeau moved and Board member Larry Delaney seconded a motion to nominate Richard McInnes as Vice Chair; that motion carried 4-0. Board member Stephen Holt moved and Board member Richard Baribeau seconded a motion to nominate Larry Delaney as Secretary; the motion carried 4-0.
The board also considered its consent agenda and, on a motion by Board member Delaney seconded by Board member Baribeau, approved the Board's Feb. 24, 2025 meeting minutes by a 4-0 vote. Chair Stephen Holt adjourned the meeting at 3:39 P.M.
