Board approves personnel slate, renewals and student programs; trustees seek clearer contract caps

Next steps: trustees asked administration to include contract dollar amounts on future agenda items and to consider adding explicit 'not to exceed' limits where appropriate. The administration said it will provide the requested breakout and will return to the board for any contract increases or significant scope changes.
