The agenda also included an award of contract to Wiggs Excavating of Benton, Illinois for an Illinois 13 water‑main relocation (400–500 blocks of East Main Street) in the amount of $174,275.
A motion to approve the consent agenda was made and seconded. The clerk conducted a roll‑call vote; staff recorded yes responses from each member present and the motion passed.
