The City Attorney reviewed the agreements as part of the staff process.
Councilmember Emily Schmidt moved to adopt the resolution to amend the Master Fee Schedule; Mark Hancey seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The resolution takes effect as part of the Master Fee Schedule; staff will return with any review findings during periodic reassessments and will manage deposit and damage-reimbursement procedures through contract terms.
