Kaylee also said she is handling both General Assistance and Veterans Affairs responsibilities and is stretched thin; supervisors discussed workload balance and suggested prioritizing urgent contacts while remaining flexible. The board encouraged flexibility and noted the budget process can be used if staff capacity changes require adjustments.
No formal board action was required beyond hearing the update; supervisors commended Kaylee’s work and asked staff to coordinate any needed budget or staffing changes during the budget process.
