Stratford council approves consent calendar, moves into executive session on pending litigation

The Stratford Town Council convened a special meeting Tuesday and approved the consent calendar before voting to enter executive session to discuss pending litigation.

The meeting opened at 6:07 p.m. The Chair asked for a motion to approve the consent calendar; the motion was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The transcript records three “Aye” responses and no recorded oppositions or abstentions.

Council business included announcement of chair appointments to the Inland Wetland Commission.
