The committee discussed options for fiber‑optic service to Bear Hill and recommended leasing fiber after no bids were received to support reliable Internet service.
Committee materials listed a summer infrastructure work total of $4,416,646 and a fee letter from architect Hegendorf & Schalld of $320,850.
