Brookfield Public Library Board approves minutes, financials, budget worksheet and geocaching proposal

Under unfinished business the board adopted the Waukesha County Library Standards after a motion by Erica Wilkinson and a second from Harry Brammer; the motion passed 7-0.
In new business the board approved the Allowable Costs Worksheet for the 2027 budget on a motion by Alderman Chris Blackburn, seconded by Erica Wilkinson; vote 7-0. The board also approved a geocaching proposal — a library programming item — on a motion by Erica Wilkinson, seconded by Alderman Chris Blackburn; that motion also passed 7-0.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn from James Heinrich, seconded by Erica Wilkinson; the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
