Staff reported 104 budgeted full‑time positions, an overall vacancy rate of 2.9% as of April 30, 2026 (and under 1% at the time of the meeting), an average time to fill of roughly 76 days, and a 94% staff retention rate. Council voted to accept the report (Resolution 2026‑61) by unanimous roll call.
