Kelly told the commission that tax certificates and public hearing notices were submitted and that staff found the request generally consistent with the city’s subdivision and development regulations. Kelly also stated that review indicated “no delinquent tax is due at the time of application review.”
The chair opened the public hearing at 6:02 p.m. and, after taking no public comments, closed the hearing at 6:04 p.m. Commissioner Bachman moved to approve the replat; Commissioner Hayes seconded. The commission voted in favor on a unanimous voice vote.
