Franklin County renames 'Review Appraiser' position to 'Field Appraiser', no pay change

Human Resources Director Amy Hodo asked the Board of Franklin County Commissioners on May 20 to rename the county's Review Appraiser position to Field Appraiser and to adopt an updated job description.
