S3 asked whether federal disaster reimbursements would cover extraordinary expenses; S1 said the Andrews County Fire Chiefs Association interlocal agreement covers federal disaster mutual aid and FEMA reimbursement would apply in covered incidents.
The board set its next meeting for Jan. 7, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. and announced a swearing and pinning ceremony for new officers and employees to be scheduled.
