Linton board tables swim-team contract amid talks of admission fees and concessions split

Committee member (S7) said there should be some kind of shared arrangement for concessions and suggested a split or charging admission. "There ought to be some kind of shared $50.50 or whatever with concessions and use our concessions to accommodate the swim team," the member said.
The board discussed options including charging a modest admission fee for meets, splitting concessions revenue with the team, or having pool staff run concessions during meets. Members directed staff to contact Katrina (the swim-team contact named in the packet) and asked that the swim team be invited to the next meeting to discuss meet schedules and revenue arrangements.
No formal fee or revenue-sharing policy was adopted at the meeting; members left the contract tabled pending direct discussion with the swim-team representative.
