"Fire would rather 25, and this is creating a 25," Wilson said, adding that the change improves emergency access.
A motion to advance the lot-line adjustment was made and seconded. The Chair called for a voice vote; commissioners answered "Aye" and the motion was approved by the commission.
The commission did not provide detailed new-lot acreage in the meeting packet; staff said the new lot sizes could be calculated from the survey but were not printed on the submitted description. Staff indicated the application will move forward to required council and mayoral approvals where appropriate.
