The agreement lists a payable of $4,960,000 with a project date range beginning May 19, 2026 and concluding December 31, 2030.
Commissioners asked procedural questions and then moved, seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote. The presentation noted the project followed the council of governments review and the commission’s previously adopted priority lists.
What’s next: staff and Caysville will complete the reimbursement agreement tasks and proceed to project delivery under the schedule in the agreement; specific construction timelines were not discussed at the commission meeting.
