Dunn County plans a countywide Clean Sweep collection on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, from 2 to 6 p.m., the committee was told. Officials reported that neither the City nor the towns applied for grant funding this year, so they will not host separate local collections in 2026.
Committee members also reported on an electronics collection held May 7, 2026 that they described as successful. The panel heard that just under 68,000 pounds of electronics were collected and recycled; organizers noted longer wait times in the morning and much shorter waits in the afternoon.
No formal action was taken by the committee on either event.
