At its March 3 meeting, the Lower Paxton Township Board of Supervisors approved requests to release two improvement guarantees presented by the planning and zoning official. One release would remove a remaining guarantee of $3,025 for a new single-family dwelling at 783 North 67th Street, bringing that project’s balance to zero. The second request concerned the Estates of Union Deposit stormwater-management guarantee; the presentation noted the original guarantee amount and the portion remaining in force and said HRG had reviewed and approved the release.
Manager Gosser told the board both releases had been reviewed by engineering consultant HRG and recommended for release. A supervisor moved to approve the releases as presented; another seconded and the board voted 'aye.'
The transcript records the smaller release amount precisely ($3,025). The Estates of Union Deposit figures were spoken rapidly and are recorded in the meeting transcript as an original guarantee amount and a remaining in-force amount; those numbers appear in the packet and will be confirmed in the official release documents.
