Officials said no members of the public spoke on those items, the public portions were closed, and each ordinance passed on a roll‑call vote.
The committee also adopted a consent agenda that included resolutions numbered 25‑358 through 25‑373. Acting in its role as the ABC issuing authority, the committee approved Resolution 25‑374 authorizing a place‑to‑place transfer of plenary retail distribution liquor license number 1331‑44‑019. Each action passed by unanimous roll call in which the committee members present voted yes.
