The Conservation Commission approved final certificates of compliance for two properties after staff inspections confirmed completed work met the issued notices of intent and orders of conditions.
Tom Swanson requested a certificate for work done on a garage at 523 Front Street and provided an as-built survey. Swanson said, “I believe all the work is complete and in accordance with the notice of intent and order of conditions.” A staff member who visited the site reported that the rain garden looked good and recommended issuing the final certificate of compliance. The commission moved, seconded and voted to issue the certificate.
At 40 Old Colony Drive, owner Peter Kiley reported the small addition was complete. Staff noted the work encroached within 25 feet of a small wetland but that the builder used footings rather than a full foundation and recommended issuing a certificate of compliance. The commission approved the certificate for 40 Old Colony Drive following the recommendation.
The minutes for July and August were also approved earlier in the meeting.
