These do not place on [swales]," the Chair said while proposing the written language and a visual illustration showing correct vs. incorrect placement. Committee members agreed a picture plus short instructions would be more effective than text alone.
The motion to produce the PSA and a visual was seconded and approved by the committee. The Chair will coordinate the exact language with staff and provide an image for communications; the committee suggested adding a contact number and a short note on signs to explain placement rules. Members also discussed safety guidance: if a sign is misplaced and it can be safely retrieved, a committee member may move it to a safer location and notify staff.
