Lodi council introduces roughly $3.6 million in bond ordinances for parks, streets, equipment and emergency communications

Each ordinance introduction was moved, seconded and approved by roll call with the council recording affirmative votes from Councilman DelMonico, Councilman Massapos, Councilman Carafa, Deputy Mayor Martin and Mayor Luna.
A meeting participant identified as Ken Rogers pointed out that ordinance 2026‑10 had been omitted from the printed introductions; the council agreed to amend the introduction to include the additional street and approved the amended introduction by roll call.
No final adoptions or second‑reading votes were taken on these ordinances at the meeting; each was introduced for future hearings consistent with municipal practice. The council also approved Resolution 26‑79 to pay bills for April 2026 earlier in the agenda.
