In routine business, parks operations reported upgrades to baseball and softball fields (diamond dust, fence repairs and painted dugouts), ongoing irrigation repairs on Highland Glacier tied to an ADA project, delivery of flower baskets to McMinnville for planting, flush-restroom improvements, and that a camera pole is being installed at the Antler skate park at the request of RPD.
On minutes, speaker Erin moved to approve the minutes from Dec. 4, 2025; a second was recorded and a voice vote carried with ayes noted and no opposition reported. The meeting closed after thanks to departing chair service and a motion to adjourn.
