The board moved to approve omnibus resolution No. 336 covering several of these items and recorded the approvals by roll call.
Planning staff also presented two Redington Township open‑space grants: the Thimble property (~31 acres) not to exceed $136,000 and the Wakendorf Woodlot (~5 acres) not to exceed $107,500; commissioners approved those as well.
Separately, a resolution authorized final cost‑share approval for acquisition of a development easement on property owned by 23 LR LLC (Block 25, Lots 1605 and 1606) totaling approximately 22.6 acres; the board approved that resolution.
Planning staff identified the grant sources as DNR Greenway and municipal open‑space funds and provided the board the not‑to‑exceed amounts for each project. Commissioners voted in favor of the package during the meeting; the transcript records affirmative roll calls.
