Cheryl McGrory of the YES Center asked the Emmet County Board of Supervisors to rejoin the multicounty regional juvenile detention center. The board approved a motion by Supervisor Jeff Quastad, seconded by Vice-Chair Tim Schumacher, to enter the 28E Agreement and become a member; the motion passed with all supervisors voting in favor.
