The manager said projected debt impacts rely on restricted sales-tax growth assumptions and other county revenue forecasts; staff recommended continuing to use restricted sales tax and other non-property-tax options where possible to limit debt-related tax impact.
Lisa told the board staff plans to prepare a formal recommended CIP document for the May 18 meeting followed by a public hearing during the June 1 regular meeting along with the budget public hearing.
