Council introduces new aquatic assistant manager and incoming development director; city manager updates projects

City manager report: Tom Minkie encouraged public participation in the city’s comprehensive-plan survey (available via QR code at City Hall and on the city website), gave a construction update that the new restroom is "done for the most part" and aiming to open for the Parade of Lights, and said the Cowboy Trail is substantially complete with signage outstanding and is intended for non-motorized use. He also invited the public to a Denver AirConnect grand opening ribbon cutting the following day between 4 and 6 p.m.
