Event planner Devin (staff) raised alcohol-control options for special events, noting mobile taproom vendors can track per‑card pours and that alcohol could be limited to a VIP tent with wristbands. Council members asked staff to return with clearer policy options for alcohol in parks, coordination with special‑event permitting, and to confirm staffing needs and volunteer support for a multi‑day event.
