Staff noted a drafting issue — two identical whereas clauses — and requested the board's motion include deleting the duplicate clause. Public hearing was opened and no members of the public signed to speak. The board moved, seconded, and voted unanimously to adopt the ordinance with the deletion of the duplicate whereas clause.
Staff said hard copies of the updated code citations are available and that the postings online reflect corrected numbering.
