Glenridge honors municipal court clerk Denise Iyandolo for 30 years of service

The Glenridge mayor and borough council on Monday honored municipal court clerk Denise Iyandolo for 30 years of service to the borough.
During a proclamation read aloud by the mayor, council members traced Iyandolo’s tenure from her start as deputy court administrator on 05/07/1996, through her appointment as acting court administrator in 2015 and her official appointment as municipal court administrator on 02/12/2018. The proclamation also noted that Iyandolo earned her New Jersey municipal court administrator certification on 04/25/2022 and praised her adaptation to changes in court procedures and digital case-management systems.
“I would never believe that I would make it this long,” the honoree said, accepting the council’s thanks. Council members and the administrator offered congratulations and thanked her for steady service to residents, colleagues and borough officials.
The mayor invited the council and Iyandolo to pose for photographs following the presentation. The council closed the recognition with additional brief remarks thanking volunteers and municipal staff who support court operations and other borough events.
The proclamation and remarks were part of the council’s regular meeting; no formal action was required to recognize Iyandolo. The borough administrator and councilors also used the occasion to thank parade volunteers and to note upcoming community events.
The council adjourned after completing its evening agenda.
