Long Beach zoning board schedules rehearing for Lancer Insurance parking variance

Commissioner Markowitz moved the board to rehear Case No. 1452, an application by Lancer Insurance Company of 370 West Park Avenue, Long Beach, seeking modification of variance 1452 to remove the condition requiring off‑street parking for 373 West Park Avenue.
