Key dates presented to the board include an anticipated bid opening on May 14, bid consideration and award on May 20, contractor mobilization starting June 2 and target substantial completion for the building additions on July 16, 2027. The consultant cautioned the board that material supply constraints (for example, precast panels) and regional construction demand could affect schedule or cost.
