County reports: Clerk describes DRIVE rollout; tourism office outlines grants and byway plans

S3 also said the 'Dreams Grama' project is roughly 96% complete and expected to come in within budget or slightly under budget.
S10 reported on copier fleet changes: Toshiba picked up 24 copiers from the County Office Building and the county redeployed 13 units; the county issued an RFP for copy services and received four responses. S10 said the RFP required Laserfiche integration to support workflow streamlining.
Tourism (S14, Courtney) reported receipt of a $37,000 reimbursement from Market NY, $65,000 in state tourism matching funds, and that there is roughly $12,000 in remaining reimbursements expected this year. S14 said Harriet Tubman Byway bills are in transportation committees for the 2025–26 legislative session and Phase 1 is expected to start in Auburn in September if timelines hold.
Venue revenue: Members asked how catering and venue rents were handled; staff explained that A and M Catering manages booking and rent receipts (about $100,000 annually) and revenues go into the county general fund, then are moved into building reserves by subsequent resolution if approved by the Legislature.
