She told the board her contractor has discussed a driveway plan with building-permits staff and that she will pursue the necessary permits for parking and access.
A commissioner asked whether the property depends on a parking lease with the county; staff replied that a lease currently meets the requirement and that the applicant is seeking driveway permits independently. With no members of the public opposing, a commissioner moved to approve the permit and another seconded. The board voted in favor and the permit was granted.
The board closed public comment and directed staff to process remaining building and driveway permits tied to occupancy readiness.
