Later the board heard from applicant Donna Corvo on the Corriveau Subdivision. Corvo said the project has master‑plan approval but is delayed at the Department of Environmental Management after the agency moved from paper to an online portal; she reported the file is with Martin Winseck at DEM, who she said had begun review and ‘‘hopes to have it finished in a month.’’ The board granted a one‑year extension by roll call. The recorded vote shows Dr. Benoit, Mr. Hammond, Mr. Porter, Mr. Menard and the chair voting yes.
Both extensions carry administrative deadlines and were recorded in the meeting minutes for the town record. Planning staff will update project files and notify applicants of the new expiration dates.
