Vice President Wristen reported on the Wyandotte Creek Groundwater Sustainability Agency’s Nov. 20 and Dec. 18 meetings, saying the GSA approved a memorandum of understanding with Butte County Public Works to facilitate removal of debris and vegetation from stormwater drainage ditches associated with monitoring and reporting.
Wristen said any additional work beyond normal county duties would be coordinated with Butte County Public Works and the costs could be shared. The GSA also approved a year‑long schedule for the Board and Advisory Committee.
The Board received the report; the minutes do not record further action by TWSD on the MOU at this meeting.
