Township hires zoning officer and three summer recreation counselors

Separately, the board voted to hire three replacement recreation counselors—Malia Bennett, Hailey Washburn and Jackson Miller—to replace counselors who left before starting. One supervisor disclosed a family relationship with Hailey Washburn and stated he would file the required conflict-of-interest form to be attached to the minutes; the board proceeded and approved the hires by voice vote.
What happens next: the hires were approved administratively; the manager and solicitor will ensure required paperwork (ethics/conflict forms) is filed and appended to the minutes.
